Our services are offered to you as configured for our standard customer. We may update or upgrade the services or any software installed on your account at any time without prior notification to you. You are ultimate person take responsibility to ensure that the services are configured to meet your operational, privacy and security needs. Your hardware, software and any other items you deem necessary to use the services are not obligated to modify the services to accommodate your use.

SPAMING, or the sending of unsolicited email, from a Breezehost server or using a return email address that is maintained on a Breezehost server is STRICTLY prohibited. Using SPAM to advertise a site hosted on Breezehost’s network also constitutes as a violation of this provision. Breezehost will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision. Sites found to be in violation of our SPAM policies will be immediately deactivated and no refund will be issued. Help us STOP SPAM! Proprietary Information

All written, electronic and verbal data provided by company with reference to the performance of the assignment is taken into account as a valuable property of Company & can be quite confidential.

Disclosure to Law Enforcement

The AUP specifically disallows the use of our service for illegal activities. Hence, the subscriber agrees that the Company may reveal all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any kind of legal imposition agent who makes a written request without further consent or notification to the subscriber. In addition, BreezeHost shall have the right to terminate all service set forth in this Agreement

Agreement

There is Service Level Agreement between the parties. This Agreement replaces any prior written or verbal agreements related to services, between the parties. This Agreement may be modified only in writing and when signed by both parties.

BreezeHost’s Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is to address its customers & users of what we expect while using the service. Users of BreezeHost services: those who access some of our services but do not have accounts, as well as those who pay a service fee to subscribe for the services, must comply with AUP and TOS (Terms of Service).
